We have formulated the action plan below to create workplace environments in which all employees can achieve work-life balance, demonstrate their full potential regardless of gender, and continue to work.
Three years from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2027
Goal 1A:
Percentage of paid leave taken of 80% or more for all employees on average.
Goal 1B:
The goal for average yearly overtime hours for each employment category is as follows:
Less than 30 hours a month for business positions and less than 16 hours a month for operational positions.
Note: Employment category refers to the categories of business positions, operational positions and contract work.
Continue to disclose average monthly overtime hours and paid leave utilization rates.
Continue to examine systems to enhance flexible work styles, such as the introduction of paid leave by the hour, in addition to the use of telecommuting and shift work systems.
Goal 2:
Raise the ratio of female managers to at least 3%.
Conduct training on leadership/management for assistant section managers and deputy section managers, regardless of gender, to raise awareness of the importance of promoting women to management positions.
Clarify criteria for promotion and advancement, and actively promote women to management positions.
Introduce opportunities for female management candidates to interact with female leaders outside the company.
Proactively recruit female candidates for new graduates and career positions in the business promotion field.
Goal 3:
Support for Women's Continued Employment and Career Advancement.
Expand the scope of harassment training to all employees and group employees with the aim of eradicating sexual harassment and power harassment against all employees, including female employees.
To operate a reemployment system for women who have left the company due to pregnancy, childbirth, or other life events, and to actively promote women from non-permanent to permanent positions.
